How it works

Once you hit "order," our team gets to work immediately. You’ll receive a confirmation email or a Whatsapp massage right away, followed by a tracking number as soon as your package hits the road.

While we aim for that 3-5 day window, please keep in mind that carriers sometimes have "off days" (looking at you, holiday rushes and snowstorms). If your package is taking a scenic route, we’ll do our best to keep you updated.

Missing a package?
